The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Money Back Guarantee: For any refund concerns or queries, please contact superlifemanuka@outlook.com. Money Back Guarantee is only valid on your first order and is invalid for subsequent purchases. Superlifes Money Back Guarantee is applicable on the purchase of any product and must be claimed within 10 days of receipt. Any product returned to us for refund must be at your freight cost. You must ship the returned bottles back to us for inspection before we issue the refund.

Once your bottles arrive, we will refund you the full price of your goods to the credit card used to purchase the goods. Please allow 30 working days to receive the refund. This guarantee is in addition to and does not replace your statutory rights and protections. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible refund claims due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise. Superlife reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any refund claim that we have reason to believe does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and/or verify the validity of all claimants, as it deems necessary.

Superlifes decision on all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of MitoQ Ltd, its agencies and companies associated with MitoQ are ineligible to apply for a refund. Immediate family is any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
